。香港城市大學文理與社會科學學院開設(shè)的語言研究文學碩士學位課程包括四個方向：1. 一般語言學、2. 語料庫和經(jīng)驗語言學、3. 教學語言學、4. 翻譯和口譯，課程旨在讓學生了解語言的性質(zhì)，以探索語言在香港背景下對社會和文化的各種影響；創(chuàng)建一個框架，讓學生可以選擇專注于語言的特定方面及其與特定社會/文化過程的相互作用，無論是語言結(jié)構(gòu)、語言和翻譯和口譯，以及語言研究的應(yīng)用；并提高學生的智力，使他們能 夠更有效地發(fā)揮語言專家的作用。
